The human body is the main focus of the museum. The permanent and temporary exhibitions deal with important current scientific, medical and social issues relating to the human body. The museum also crosses borders to show the human body from the perspective of art, science and medicine.

The f’ar (Le forum d’architectures lausanne) aims to present architects, projects and developments in the fields of architecture, visual expression and urban culture. The forum organises exhibitions, conferences and debates in this field.

Freshwater Aquarium Lausanne

The largest freshwater aquarium in Europe is divided up into five biozones and 12 natural environments. The five biozones (Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania and South America) are geographically dispersed and their amazing diversity is spectacular.
