Hallwyl Castle

The castle dates from the twelfth century and was home to the powerful Hallwyl family. The family possessed the castle eight centuries. It became a museum in 1962. The museum shows the past of the castle, the Hallwyl family and the region.  

The Museum of Music Automatons

The Museum (musée des automates à musique ) houses one of the largest and most famous collections, including the Dr. h.c. H. Weiss-Stauffacher collection, of Swiss music boxes, disc music boxes, clocks, watches and jewellery and other music automatons.  

Town Hall Museum Sempach

The museum presents thematically oriented exhibitions on religious life, the economy, history, Lake Sempach and the Battle of Sempach (1386).
