Museum of Photography

The museum (Fotomuseum) has and shows a collection of contemporary photography  from 1960 to the present, including colour and black-and-white photographs and a (growing) collection of analogue and digital moving images. The museum also organises exhibitions, publications and events.

Museum Briner und Kern

The collection begins chronologically with Renaissance works by Lucas Cranach the Elder and an unknown master of the Holy Blood active around 1520 in Bruges. Historical Museum Lindengut

The museum, housed in Villa Lindengut (1780), presents the history of Winterthur from the Romans until the modern time. The collection also includes medieval and baroque furniture, paintings, books, silversmithery and other works of art.
