The flat (Einstein Haus) on the second floor of Kramgasse No. 49 was rented by Einstein from 1903 to 1905. It has been restored in the style of that period. The flat is open to the public. It aims at giving information and addressing the visitors: How did Einstein live and in which environment were his most important papers created. Different exhibitions related to his work are organized.
