The museum (Musée des beaux-arts de La Chaux-de-Fonds) exhibits a broad collection of paintings from the sixteenth to the nineteenth centuries, in particular the famous collection of René et Madeleine Junod (19th-century European masters), Léopold Robert, Art Suisse, le Corbusier, Art Nouveau and style Sapin, applied arts and the collections Olivier Mosset and Erwin Oberwiller. The collection also shows historical objects in the regional and local context of the Jura.
