The museum (Uhrenmuseum Winterthur) presents two permanent collections of international repute: the Konrad Kellenberger Clock and Watch Collection and the Oscar Schwank Watch Collection. The foundation (Fotostiftung Schweiz) preserves, collects and presents mainly Swiss photography of the twentieth en twenty-first centuries. The foundation also organises exhibitions, issues publications on the history of Swiss photography.
