The museum (Schweizer Mosterei- und Brennereimuseum or MoMö) presents a fruit garden and the history of five generations of the Möhl family, from a farm with an inn to a modern fruit processor for apple juice specialities. The factory, antique presses, fruit mills and laboratory equipment are on display. They show how apple juices and ciders are made from local fruit, according to ancient tradition and modern methods.
